what is HRE?

It is time to ask.
- Does it have, or need to have any relation to human rights?
- Or is it just 'teaching people to be nice'?
- Is it urgent?
- Does it need to prove results?
- Does someone teaching HRE need to have any 'background' in human rights - like teachers, say, of maths are meant to have a background in and understanding of maths.
- Could it be supported by the government!?
- And if it could - could it then criticise that government?
- And if it couldn't - would it still be useful human rights education?
- Do you have to be 'nice' to do HRE?
- Do you have to believe in human rights? (how much?)
- Is it a good thing or a bad thing that Everyone loves HRE today - governments, NGO-businesses, INGOs, IGOs... yugos, wegos, theygoes. You name it, they all love it.
Soon it will be time to answer.
For those readers who are not part of the elite HRE army: HRE = 'Human-Rights-Education'. Which may or may not be the same as Human Rights education.
