Conception:

The first about was the idea of public 'Remembrance' - a hallowed activity in so-called western democracies that mostly fails to do the only thing it really ought to do: prevent occurrence of horrific actions carried out by human beings. Most societies Remember only what they want to remember, or cannot help remembering; and mostly human beings reshape their Memories where these seem to threaten how we live today.

Whence the little pockets of information and resources to do with the Roma holocaust - about which, it seems, most of humanity is still ignorant. Willingly ignorant; deliberately forgetting.

Puberty:

This would not be antarchia if where we started out was where we ended up. Antarchia is, after all, antarchic, like any teenager (and a bit like ants). It will not be bound by any rules except its own and it will try to break the rules it sets itself - just to prove it can.

So antarchia will go where it thinks best, and very likely it will soon forget where it began - deliberately, just to prove it can.
